The MSME Track of the SHRM HR Awards recognizes and celebrates the exemplary achievements of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the field of People Management.

PSU Track

The PSU Track of the SHRM HR Awards acknowledges and honors the outstanding contributions of Public Sector
Undertakings in the realm of People Management.

Enterprises Track

The Enterprises Track of the SHRM HR Awards celebrates the achievements of large corporations, multinational companies, & conglomerates that lead the way in People Management excellence.

Eligibility Criteria 01

Organizations Eligibility:

  • Organizations classified as Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) according to the criteria established by the respective country’s government or regulatory authority, such as the MSME Development Act or similar legislation.
  • Evidence of compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing MSMEs, including registration and certification requirements.
  • Demonstrated implementation of HR practices tailored to the specific needs and constraints of MSMEs, considering factors such as limited resources, scalability, and market dynamics.
  • Clear evidence of fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture conducive to employee growth, development, and well-being, as mandated by labor laws and regulations.

Company Size Definition:

Micro Enterprises: Less than 10 employees.
Small Enterprises: 10 to 50 employees.
Medium Enterprises: 51 to 250 employees.

In response to the feedback, we got from participating organizations asking for observations in case an award application is unsuccessful, we are launching a ‘Feedback session’ as an extended service to our Awards Application for a nominal fee.This involves a 60-minute detailed conversation with SHRM Advisory Consultant which includes a brief report on observations gathered through the process in case your application is not successful.
