Her expertise spans Human Resources and Organizational Development, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention across Financial Services, Telecom, and Retail sectors. 

Sayantani has previously worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank. She holds an MBA in HR from XIMB, Bhubaneshwar.
