Shillpa has over 2 decades of experience in HR. She is currently Director Human Resources, India Middle East Africa, at lubrizol Corporation. She has strategized reformative talent policies, procedures and programs across Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Employee Relations, Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development.

In her prior role Shillpa served as Director of Human Resources for thyssenkrupp. Her leadership development journey has been unique with wonderful experiences across diverse industries in Human capital / resources & Dynamic Business Leaders.

Her educational qualifications include Global HR Leaders Program from NUS Business School and a degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Bangalore University.
