Ramanand Puttige (Ram) graduated in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur. In his career spanning 3 decades - Ram has worked in different capacities in HR across manufacturing, telecom, infrastructure, services and not for profit sector. At Cyient Limited as SVP-Global Talent Management, Ram supports the businesses globally and oversees Talent Development, Performance Management, Competency Building, HR Operations & Compensation and Benefits.

Ram is a Fulbright Scholar having completed the Fulbright Nehru CII Fellowship for Leadership in Management.
