Mr. Nakul Pathak is working as Sr. Executive Director (HR) at Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (popularly known as IFFCO), the largest manufacturer of fertiliser in Asia.

Mr. Pathak joined IFFCO as Graduate Engineer Trainee in January, 1985 and since then held various responsible positions in different capacities. He has worked on a number of technical projects like construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of fertiliser plants not only in India but also abroad in Oman.

Keeping in view his keen interest in managing human capital and astute people skills, he was transferred in HR department in 2012. Currently he is responsible for almost all the key functions in HR domain and some of his path-breaking initiatives include revamping performance management system, introduction of online learning system, manpower rationalization, leadership development, managing diversity and inclusion, automation and digitization of HR activities. He is associated with professional bodies like NHRDN, AIMA, DMA, NIPM and is regularly invited for chairing sessions by management development institutes and industry forums.

Mr. Pathak has widely travelled in India and overseas in countries like Japan, Spain, Italy, USA, Malaysia, Thailand etc. for business assignments as well as for participation in Seminars and Conferences. Mr. Pathak is a keen sports lover with special interest in Cricket and Lawn Tennis.
