James Job is the Senior Vice President - Talent Acquisition for HGS India. James has been with HGS for more than five years now wherein he’s responsible for the recruitment and team building. An experienced professional with track record of more than three decades, James has worked extensively in sales, operations, manufacturing and services industries, and now in HR.

James is a distinct leader spearheading large projects/operations across multiple geographies. He is recipient of coveted awards and titles scaling the career ladder in senior and responsible positions.

Prior to HGS, James had stints with Aditya Birla Minacs and CEAT Ltd. for over a decade.
