Sumit Sabharwal represents Fujitsu as the VP, Head of HR Shared Services, Fujitsu International Regions. He is also supporting Fujitsu Research India as the HR Business Partner working closely with Fujitsu Global Executive leadership. In his current role, Sumit is responsible for delivering HR transformation for Fujitsu across 40+ countries, leading multi-disciplinary teams of over 50,000 employees. Prior to his tenure at Fujitsu, Sumit has worked with several leading technology brands including Huawei, Dell, and Convergys. Curiosity drives Sumit the most and has thus also set on course to imbibe learning culture at Fujitsu. He has completed his MBA in HR and Marketing (the best of both worlds) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and his Bachelor of Information Systems (BIS) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
