Mr. Vineet Kaul is an HR Advisor and Mentor.

He worked with the Aditya Birla Group(2008-19) as Advisor , Group Human Resources and as the CHRO for Hindalco . Prior to joining them, Mr. Kaul was Vice President (HR), India Subcontinent and Director on the Board of Philips India Limited(1995-2008). He started his career as a Management Trainee with Tata Motors in 1976 and thereafter worked as the HR head with Birla Yamaha Limited and Eicher Motors Limited.

As a HR Leader, worked across various Geographies and Sectors . Has experience in setting up large Greenfield Projects, new Businesses and managing Legacy Businesses. Led teams in Business Restructuring , Leadership & Talent, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Post Merger Integration. As a Board/EC member involved in business planning and decision making processes . Responsibilities included managing Social Projects and dealing with external groups and institutions.

Mr Kaul serves on the National IR Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry(CII). He is a Past President of the Employers Federation of India and the Mumbai Chapter of the National HRD Network

He is an alumnus of Fergusson College, Pune & the Faculty of Social Work, M S University Baroda.
