Drove concept-to-execution of talent hiring strategies at global / regional platform specially in Greater China and Asia Pacific regions.

I have significantly contributed in building high performance global talent acquisition teams and effectively managing hiring operations with keen focus on data analytics and insights to ensure business excellence. Steered operations for global talent acquisition COEs’ across Captive Shared Service Centers (GIC'S) IT, Telecom, Engineering, Information and Pharmaceuticals industry domains. I ensure exceptional attention to detail in everything that I do and I always demand excellence from myself. Having an excellent work ethic, I consider myself as a winner, and I believe that my skills and my determination can take me a long way in achieving my goals. Some of the noteworthy highlights I can enumerate are:

· Conceptualisation & building of university hiring program at Novartis which laid the foundation of the global program.

· Distinction of being integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition & Staffing Leadership team; built global TAS strategy, operating model, pricing model, organisation structure design and global hiring processes while driving implementation in Asia Pacific region

· Winner of Global HR Award as Best Staffing team under Talent & Strategy category in 2015 owing to significant growth in Hyderabad branch from 1600 (in 2013) to 4500+ (2017) associates while ensuring all metrics optimised

· Worked towards reduction of external agency usage from 75% in some countries to 7% at regional level to ensure the team focused on social media and direct sourcing methods.
