Prior to co-founding TalentRecruit, he has also co-founded Matrix Energy - A smart metering company. He has a penchant for building startups, a keen eye for detail and has been the driving force that has scaled TalentRecruit to over 20 geographies across the globe. Alok blends his legal and finance background with his passion for building technology driven innovations to deliver high impact solutions. Under his leadership, TalentRecruit has become the leading provider of Advanced Recruitment Automation Software Technology in the Indian Market and has won awards including “Most Tech Savvy Organization” at the SIDBI – ET India MSE Awards’19 & HR Technology "Start-Up of the Year" at the NHRD National Conference’19.

Alok has over 21+ years of experience in Automotive and Software Industry. In his previous avatar, he has worked with Munjal Auto, a Hero Group Company as Company Secretary and Legal Head. Under his tenure, Munjal Auto was nominated by ICSI among the best corporate governed company for two consecutive years.

He is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Gold Medalist, LL.B & LL.M.
