An expert on a broad range of leadership and talent management practices, Amogh provides business-relevant counsel to a diverse range of both multinational and Indian organisations, identifying needs and proposing solutions primarily in the areas of leadership strategy, development, succession management, and talent acquisition.
In the last few years Amogh has extensively engaged with clients from diverse industries including automotive, BFSI, FMCG, IT/ITES, healthcare (including hospitals), manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, and telecommunications.
