Arti Dua is a Partner and EY India Talent Leader, and she has been with the firm for nearly 24 years. She has extensive experience with companies in technology, telecom, private equity, new-age companies, and start-ups. 

Arti excels in direct tax projects, including transaction structuring, business restructuring, cross-border transactions, and tax controversy management. Passionate about the 'people agenda’ of the firm, she aims to address the challenges of aligning talent with business needs. 

Arti is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Commerce from Jesus and Mary's College, Delhi University. She Joined EY as an article trainee and has been with the firm ever since.
