She began her career with the Tax practice, where she led complex direct tax engagements, including transaction structuring, cross-border investments, business restructuring, and tax controversy resolution. Arti brings extensive experience across diverse sectors such as technology, telecom, private equity, new-age businesses, and start-ups.

In her current role as Talent Leader for EY India, Arti is passionate about shaping the firm’s people agenda. She is deeply committed to enhancing employee well-being, driving adoption of automation and digitisation in HR and effectively addressing the evolving needs of a multi-generational workforce.
