He has over 16 years of rich experience and serves as a trusted advisor to CXOs, senior leaders and manages people strategy and tactical execution for complex businesses. He has significant & diverse experience managing various gamut of HR across industries (Fintech, Consulting, IT & ITES ) & and geographies (India, ASEAN).

Both, in his current role at Paytm for 3 years & past stint at Accenture of over 13 years; his focus has been in creating world class organisations by setting up high levels of excellence in people processes, focusing on many industry/company first initiatives. His contributions across these companies have also helped them win several industry recognitions for their people processes. Ashish was awarded as EmergingHR Leader of the Year by UBS Forums in 2022 given his deep focus & contributions towards making incredible HR organisations.
