Ashish Mishra, Associate Vice President – Recruitment for Cvent in India. Is responsible to fulfil the hiring needs for India, APAC, Australia and Middle East.

Ashish has 16 years of experience and has successfully lead recruitment function in large organizations as well as in the complex start-up. Prior to Cvent he was Global Head – Talent Acquisition for GreyOrange, a robotics startup in India. He set up the entire recruitment function for India and globally across APAC & Japan, EU and US and ensured global standardization and adoption of the processes. Prior to GreyOrange, he was leading the Analytics and Consulting recruitment at EXL. Ashish was managing recruitment for APAC and Europe and was working closely with analytics leadership for other key roles across locations.

Ashish has grown into a recruitment leader and in this journey he has held various positions while working with organizations like Keane Inc, Bank Of America, Honeywell. He is a Computer Engineer by qualification and has done certifications in Software Development from NIIT.
