Ashissh has over 20 years of experience in HR Consulting firms and has been providing strategic HR inputs to more than 300 clients across industries and geographies including India, Middle East, Americas and Southeast Asia.

Ashissh is a certified DDI Master Facilitator, Gallup Strengths Coach, Hogan Certified and an expert on Talent Management and HR Technology. Prior to joining SHRM, Ashissh has worked extensively with world class Consulting organizations like Gallup, Mercer, DDI and Aon.

He is a trusted adviser to C suite leaders on improving business results by helping build leadership capability, people digital systems, craft talent management strategy, training and designing development journeys and measuring employee engagement.

Ashissh is known for his executive presence, public speaking skills and passion of facilitating leadership and behavioral training workshops. His other significant work includes evaluate and build organizational structures by linking to business needs and the application of competencies across the organization. He is also a certified Competency Based Interviewer. Ashissh is pursuing his executive MBA from IIM Lucknow.
