Atul is an HR Professional with over 16 years of qualitative experience in HR Strategy, Organisation Design,HR Technology, Consulting, C&B and OD Interventions across industries globally. He has in-depth experience in setting up an start ups and scaling them and holds hands on experience in mergers, acquisitions, rebadging with large corporations. In depth experience on organisation design, Organization restructuring, Shared Services for global entities. He played all roles in HR space be it People Consulting, HR Technology or Business HR and passionate about solving people and system problems. Atul completed his engineering in Mining and MBA in HR. Currently he is a CHRO for one of the biggest and fastest Rural Fintech firm Spice Money. Previously, Atul has worked with Hexaware Technologies, IBM in global roles based out of Singapore and USA doing Human capital/Technology consulting and with Pricewaterhouse Coopers worked on HR Transformation projects. Atul moved to corporate HR role from consulting with PeopleStrong as an HR Head & Transitions Leader for their Cloud HR Product. Later he served in Puma Energy on Global Role and then with Oyo managed their Global Tech Organization.
