With over 23 years of extensive work experience, she has previously held roles at Accenture and Publicis Sapient. Bhavana's expertise lies in learning architectures and solution design, particularly in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.

In her recent focus, Bhavana is spending time on advanced analytics technologies such as Generative AI and Co-pilots. Her focus extends to both crafting learning solutions and assessing their impact on the learning function. She is a certified design thinking practitioner from the LUMA Institute and holds a professional certificate in Data Analytics from the Northwestern University.
