Bill Bartow serves as the Vice President of Product Management at UKG, one of the world’s most innovative human capital management and workforce management companies following the merger of Kronos Incorporated and Ultimate Software.

From the time Bill joined legacy Kronos, over a decade ago, he has been playing an integral role in shaping the product strategy by working closely with the customers to analyzing the prevailing market trends and translating that into product capabilities, features, new products, and more. Previous to this, Bill has spent most of his career in product management and in engineering, building great products – both at the application and infrastructure level.
