Birjendu has a cumulative experience of over three decades in business, talent assessment, leadership, learning and development functions. Having worked in companies like Center for Creative Leadership, PwC, Wipro, Redington, Godrej & Boyce, Hindustan Lever, Glaxo and teaching as a visiting faculty in premier B schools like Indian Institute of Management (Shillong and Sambalpur), XLRI, Jamshedpur, Christ and Jain University, Bangalore he brings in a unique combination of academic orientation with deep business understanding. At present Birjendu is the CEO and Founder of his firm specializing in niche bespoke talent development, assessment, training, teaching and coaching.

Before this Birjendu worked as Regional Director at Center for Creative Leadership, as Head of Talent Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers India Pvt. Ltd and General Manager Corporate HRD at Wipro. Birjendu has also held leadership positions in business and sales function in Hindustan Lever, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd, Redington India Ltd and Wipro Ltd. Having worked with leaders across the globe gives him a rich awareness of their business requirements and relate it to people development inititatives.
