I am the Director of Marketing at Rangam in India. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (#DEIB) in the workplace is my area of passion and expertise. I have had the privilege to interact with and learn from some of the most prominent thought leaders in this space in India, US, and the UK. I have also directly supported Rangam’s SourceAbled program which helps businesses source, hire, and retain talent with disabilities, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. I am a very strong advocate and a firm believer of allyship in workplace inclusion. I bring more than 16 years’ experience across many industries in management roles that helped me understand the importance of empathy and diversity in the workplace.
