Chetana Patnaik is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company. She brings with her three decades of diverse experience as an HR professional across industries. Her expertise spans leadership pipeline development, cultivating a diverse and inclusive organization, and growing talent through learning and development.

She focuses on strategic HR initiatives aimed at developing a robust organizational culture, strengthening the leadership pipeline, and enhancing talent management and employer branding efforts. Prior to LTIMindtree, she was the Head of HR and CSR at L&T Transportation Infrastructure where she led the entire gamut of HR functions. She has also led strategic leadership hiring, succession planning along with mentorship programs of the Chairman’s office at L&T group. Chetana believes in learning being a continuous process. She is a certified Organization development professional from NTL institute, UK and an Executive Coach from CFI.
