David Lobo

Executive Coach & Organization Consultant

David is an HR professional with over 34 years of experience with GE, American Express and Xerox. Starting his career in sales, he discovered his true calling, nine years later, in developing people and building leaders. In 1992, he made a conscious career transition into the field of people development and never looked back for the next 25 years. Over this period, David grew into a global HR leader at GE through various roles of progressive responsibility. In 2017, he retired to pursue a new chapter in his life as a coach and an independent consultant aiming to transform people and organizations.

David has an art for helping leaders grow. Through his career at GE, he helped to build an international leadership bench, personally hiring and developing many senior business and functional leaders in key global markets. He developed a passion for coaching and had the opportunity to work closely with a variety of GE executives across the globe as they evolved and advanced in their careers.

Today, David resides in southern Wisconsin, USA with his wife, Susan. He spends his time helping his clients see themselves for what they can be while he continuously learns to be a better coach. David also volunteers his time, serving on the board of Vision Forward Association, a ‘not for profit’ organization that helps transform the lives of the blind and visually impaired.
