Debeshi Chakraborty is a possibilitarian who met Mother Teresa during the Gulf War as a student—an encounter that inspired her to ‘Design the Inner Hero’ in individuals.

Trained as a Smart City Designer in London, she transitioned from designing cities to shaping leaders, bringing her global experience across Fortune 500 firms, leadership coaching, and education.
