Deepak Arora heads global Learning & Development at Birlasoft. He brings with him 24 year of rich experience in Learning and Development across multiple IT organizations such as DXC Technology, Genpact, Capgemini & NIIT.

Within L&D Deepak has served many roles as a leader and has been instrumental in structuring & optimizing of organization wide Learning & Development strategy. Having been through multiple mergers and divestures, he has led in rearchitecting learning ecosystems in organizations with the right mix of technology, Learning Management Systems, Learning Experience Platforms & tools. Deepak’s Experience also includes leading the collaboration with the business leadership in driving the competency development strategy through various reskilling and upskilling initiatives to drive business outcomes.
