She has worked with firms like Bank of America Continuum and Ernst & Young Global delivery services, wherein she got an opportunity to contribute towards inducting STEM talent in the organizations VIA lateral and university framework. She in her journey, worked on HR transitions / mergers and CRM /ATS implementations. She also enabled building an in-house gender-neutral tool.
With Honeywell, Deepti leads the talent agenda for India and is driven towards ensuring gender equal future. She has built a strong focus on nurturing talent right from campuses by building a playbook. Additionally functioned towards employer advocacy to enhance inherent culture of the organization.
