Dulles Krishnan (Call name “Dulles”), is the Managing Director for Coursera in India. He oversees the Enterprise Business Segment which helps companies and campuses in skilling learners to achieve targeted learning outcomes. He joined Coursera in May 2021.

Over the past 25 years, Dulles has been helping companies, from startups to large conglomerates - transform their businesses leveraging digital technologies. He has worked for leading organizations like Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, IBM, & SAP. He has worked extensively across India & APAC markets. He has also worked in areas of Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, and Mergers & Acquisitions during his stint at IBM HQ in New York.

Dulles has extensively worked in technology domains that support Digital Transformation, like AI/ML, Cloud Computing, IOT, Big Data, CRM, e-Commerce & Digital Marketing. He has spoken on these subjects at various customer and Industry forums in India and Asia Pacific region. Having worked in multiple countries & customers, he brings a strong global perspective, in addition to local country knowledge.

He is passionate about learning and is excited by the impact education technology platforms like Coursera have in building lifelong learners needed for a future ready workforce.
