With over 40 years of experience, Gagan is currently the “Chief Evangelist – Culture” at Anarock Property Consultants Pvt. Ltd. She leads the Ethics, Diversity and CSR programs at the Company and also oversees the Legal function.

She is an Independent Director on the boards of Timex Group since 2007 and of Future Retail Ltd since 2016. She heads the Audit Committees of both Companies.

Gagan worked for 10 years at JLL India till March 2017 as CEO – Business. During her stint at JLL, amongst other things, Gagan oversaw the integration of Meghraj with JLL, led the Project and Development Services business, set up and led the Sri Lanka operations and started SEZ Shared Service office for the Asia Pacific region.  She also launched and implemented the D&I, Ethics and CSR initiatives at the Company.

Prior to JLL, Gagan was with Benetton India for over 6 years as Executive Director and was appointed CEO in 2005. Gagan spent 14 years from 1982 to 1995 in Nepal with the Soaltee Group, the leading conglomerate of Nepal.

A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification, she is a Trustee of Salaam Baalak Trust and is also the founding Vice President of Youthreach.
