Dr. Geeta Kumar is a multifaceted professional with over 30 years of experience across cultures and industries. Through her work, she has impacted diverse individuals and collectives in helping them rediscover their power within, manage themselves better to nurture and sustain wholesome relationships. Her eclectic and interconnected interests help to bring in valuable holistic learnings and insights into all her engagements.

The diverse roles across her 3 decades of career enable her to work across different management levels and geographies; with MNCs, Indian companies, PSUs, industry associations, social sector, management schools, entrepreneurs and marginalized communities.

Her work encompasses enabling individuals and organizations to recalibrate their holistic Wellbeing. She is adept at facilitating individuals, teams and organizations to realize their full potentials, thereby helping them with their Well Being and aligning to their Purpose

She also provides Consulting on Leadership, Coaching, Culture alignment, DE&I.

She facilitates through customized interventions on Well-being, self-awareness, personal growth labs, self-leadership, power of the self, leading teams, communication and influencing, personal branding and networking, work life integration, unconscious biases, DE&I sensitization, POSH sensitization.

Dr. Geeta holds dual Masters in International Management and Women & Gender Studies and a Ph.D in Management (area of research- Gender, Technology and Organizations). She is a certified Mental Health First Aider from MHFAI, a trained ‘Process Work Facilitator’; a certified MBTI, FIRO- B practioner; and a student- practioner of Vedanta.

She is an active core member of the NHRDN Mind Matters series that has seen three successful seasons from October 2020 to date. The Mind Matters initiative has put together curated sessions, conversations, workshops and toolkits for enabling individuals and organizations to normalize conversations and plan Mental Health roadmaps.
