During his career journey, George has helped vision & structure best-in-class talent technology ecosystems spanning the employee lifecycle, enabling key processes & programs, in talent acquisition & supply chain, talent engagement & development, career & performance management, total rewards, compliance and HR operations.

George has leveraged best-of-breed technologies, platforms & partnerships for deploying a comprehensive range of systems of engagement, productivity & insights, with a distinct focus on design thinking, social & contextual experience.

Prior to Cognizant, George was associated with Syntel Inc., as the HR Decision Support head, and with Genpact, as the HR Analytics portfolio lead. George is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional and is passionate about the future of work, emerging tech and sustainability. He actively engages in the HR Tech ecosystem, speaks & exchanges best practices on multiple international forums and publications.
