Girish Kohli leads the Performance and Rewards practice at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. He has been recognized as one of the Young HR Leaders as part of People Matters & DDI's "Are You in The List" in 2013 and recently as HR 40 Under 40 by Jombay.

Girish comes with 15 years of experience a large part of which were with Mercer Consulting in their Human Capital Consulting practice. Blending his consulting experience with the Corporate side of life he has had stints with a European Pharma Company, a Technology Startup and in his current role in the Media Industry getting the opportunity to apply himself to areas such as HR Strategy, Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance and Rewards, as well as Recruitment and Learning and Development.

With a penchant for both numbers and the abstract, he loves donning multiple hats and has considerable experience with both Organization Development Initiatives and Compensation and Benefits roles with data driven decision making at their core. Girish believes the business of talent is to drive the convergence between individual and organization growth aspirations.

Girish is an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai and a B.E Computer Science from the Army Institute of Technology, University of Pune. A habitual story teller, Girish writes both fiction as well as articles in the HR domain. He is currently dabbling in gardening on his rooftop and getting back in shape for running the Marathon.
