Prior to joining Oracle, Hardeep was Vice President – Consulting at Right Management, where he worked across Asia & Middle East with clients from diverse industries. Over the last two decades he has been an entrepreneur, a student of human resources and as a consultant to many Fortune 500 Organizations on areas of Talent Management, Organization Design & Development, Employee Experience, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, and Career Management.
