Harpreet is the Group COE Head responsible for Talent Acquisition & Management for the GMR Group of companies. Her focus areas include hiring for Top Management roles for across the group and building internal succession pipelines. During her tenure in GMR, she has hired more than 45 CXOs across the Group. In her current role, in addition she is responsible for Employee Engagement, Culture building through Values & Beliefs and is Chairperson of IC, PASH for the GMR Group.
Harpreet is an Honours Graduate in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) 1989 & Masters in Commerce from University of Delhi 1991. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (MBA) from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad, 1995 batch with dual majors in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Finance.
Harpreet has been heading HR during the last 16 years for companies across industry. She has worked and contributed to the growth of companies namely SMS Siemag, a German MNC, ABC Consultants, WWIL, a Zee Network Company, Fortis HealthWorld Ltd., The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), The Princeton Review - Manya and Engineers India Limited (EIL).
Harpreet has more than 26 years of rich and diverse experience in areas of Human Resource Management broadly – Organisation Transformation and Management of Change, Organisation Re-structuring, M&A’s, HR Digitalization, Talent Acquisition & Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Policies and Guidelines, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Statutory Compliance, Reward & Recognition, Succession & Career Planning, HR Budgets & Audit and Data.
She has been invited as speaker to top academic institutes, committee member in top industry bodies and expert evaluator in industry level competitions including BML Munjal L&D Awards.
