Following the tragic Nirbhaya case in 2012, Kanishk Agarwal felt a profound sense of urgency to address the pervasive issue of sexual harassment in the workplace and that is how Centre 4 POSH was carved as a separate vertical in his firm.

Kanishk's initial approach involved conducting comprehensive training sessions for companies, sensitizing both Internal Committee members and employees on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment. He was also invited as a speaker by various departments, such as the ICAI, PHD Chamber of Commerce, NHRD etc.

Leveraging his extensive experience as an external member of various Internal Committees and his involvement in legal cases related to sexual harassment, Kanishk recognized the potential of technology to reach a broader audience at a more cost-effective scale through Centre 4 POSH e-learning module which has animated case study videos.
