Krishnan Unni, (fondly called Unni) has close to 25 years of experience in the information technology industry. Unni heads the Customer Success portfolio at Coursera for the Asia Pacific.
Before Coursera, Unni has worked with Udemy, Pluralsight, Microsoft, Dell, Aricent, and TCS in various capacity leading sales, pre-sales, and customer success functions. Outside of work, Unni spends time reading, gardening, and mentoring. Unni holds a Master's Degree in Economics. He is based out of Bangalore.
