Kriti Pant is a theatre maker, facilitator and voice over artist. She has been working across different media and contexts for thirteen years.

Her other acting experience includes performance installations, original musical theatre, public improvisations and interventions, interactive theatre-in-education performances, and work in independent film and ads.

She has worked as an actor for the British High Commission’s FCO training programmes. She is a founding member of the Tadpole Repertory, one of Delhi’s most prominent independent theatre collectives, formed in 2009. She has conducted drama workshops for schools, universities, community programmes and cultural bodies.

Kriti is a freelancer Actor and Lead Facilitator with Steps (Since 2014) and has delivered sessions for Accenture, Walmart, Publicis Sapient, HGS, Aegon Life, Yes Bank, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, Axa Business Services, Societe Generale Etc.

Also, Kriti has been part of project management which covers doing research, designing a training program and writing scripting.

She has delivered sessions on the topics DEI, Coaching, Trust and Accountability, Trust, Agility and Collaboration, Unconscious Bias, POSH, Mental Health, Coaching & Feedback, Leadership Skills etc.
