Latha has 16 years of all-rounded experience and expertise in multiple dimensions of Human Resources. Her experience includes organization design and development, business partnering, leadership hiring, compensation & benefits, employee experience, rewards program, and culture integration. Prior to joining Zaggle, Latha has held various HR leadership positions in organizations like Epigamia, Reliance Digital Health and Reliance Lifesciences, Herbalife Nutrition, Nielsen and Kantar group (WPP). Latha is a post-graduate in Human Resources from Symbiosis University and a commerce graduate from Mumbai University.

Latha plays a significant role in further strengthening Zaggle’s employer brand value & market leadership position in India. She is responsible for defining and strengthening Zaggle’s employee value proposition, driving talent strategy, building people capabilities, and spearheading various talent initiatives. Under her leadership, the company aims to hire professionals across several disciplines such as data scientists, business development, sales, product, tech, etc. as part of its strategy to build innovative solutions for business spends, while also meeting the needs of SMEs and Startups
