Madhavi is part of the People & Organization Development team at Uber, and currently leads products around senior manager and leadership development globally. She was previously the head of People Development in India and South Asia. Prior to Uber, she worked in several areas of HR consulting at KPMG, focusing on behavioural change, talent management, culture transformation, organisation design and leadership development across geographies and sectors. She started her career with Towers Watson, and as part of the Talent & Rewards team where she worked on organisational change, corporate communication and behavioural economics related projects. Madhavi is a Psychology major from Lady Shri Ram College, and specialised in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
