Maninder is the Global Chief People Officer at Mastek, and her profile captures the full potential of the role and exceeds that of a functional leader. A major responsibility of her position is to work in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to align company’s mission and strategic vision with the global workforce. In addition to formalising and implementing organisational and People Experience & Diversity(PxD) strategies, she is responsible for providing critical support to the business in areas of talent engagement, career development, change management, succession planning, process integration, performance management, leadership development, talent retention, organisational development, and company culture. 

She is also in-charge of the employee welfare schemes, oversees various growth enabling functions within PxD and related initiatives, learning and development, compensation & benefits, people communication & analytics, and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives at Mastek.

Maninder has an overall experience spanning more than 25 years overseeing all aspects of HR practices and operations facilitating strategic planning and initiatives, change management and organisational design. Prior to Mastek, she held global leadership roles in organisations such as First Source Solutions, ICICI OneSource, Accenture and iGate Solutions.
