Megha Goel is CHRO, Godrej Properties and a senior business leader with experience across various aspects of Human Resource Management. Megha joined Godrej in 2014 as the Lead for Rewards and Performance for Godrej Industries and associate companies and has worked across different Group companies.

She took on the role of HR Head for the Animal Feed business of Godrej Agrovet in 2017 and was instrumental in driving strategic business priorities, including organisation effectiveness, strengthening sales & manufacturing team capabilities, and ensuring smooth labour relations. Megha moved to Godrej Properties in 2020 to lead HR Business Partnering and Organisation Effectiveness and was elevated to the CHRO role in 2021.

Prior to joining Godrej, Megha worked with J.P. Morgan India from 2010 to 2014. As Associate Vice President, India Performance & Rewards Team, she was responsible for compensation and benefits initiatives for the India business and partnered with all business units of the bank. She has also worked at Britannia Industries and Akzo Nobel Coatings India.

She has a bachelor’s in technology (chemical) from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai and an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune.

Megha is an avid speaker and has participated in various national and international forums. She loves spending time with her son and is passionate about health and travel.
