Mohsin Memon

Founder and CEO

Mohsin Memon is a global thought leader in game-based learning, behavioral science, and experiential leadership development. He is the founder of Evivve, a multiplayer simulation platform used in over 50 countries by organizations including PwC, Nestlé, Deloitte, and the United Nations.

With over 15 years of experience in designing transformative learning experiences, Mohsin’s work bridges neuroscience, systems thinking, and human development. His AFERR Model — a cognitive framework for behavior change — has been adopted by leadership teams, coaches, and facilitators to enable measurable transformation in individuals and organizations.

At the core of Mohsin’s work is the belief that people learn best when they’re engaged emotionally and behaviorally — not just intellectually. He regularly collaborates with global universities, L&D teams, and consulting partners to embed deep behavioral learning into corporate ecosystems.

As a speaker and facilitator, Mohsin brings stories, science, and strategy to life — helping audiences reimagine how we learn, lead, and grow.
