Mona Puri is a Human Resource leader with over 28 years of progressive experience in the Health Care & Life Sciences industry across India, Japan, Asia Pacific & Oceania managing regional teams in highly matrixed global organizations. Currently , at Parexel as Executive Director Human Resources, she is the Regional HR Leader, leading HR for India & Asia Pacific as well as supports a SBU (Global Safety Services) as the Global HRBP.

In all of her roles, she has adopted the approach that leverages people, culture, technology and networks to drive engagement & performance. A strong espouser of business ethics and integrity and believer in equal opportunity for all. Has been breaking the gender norms from start of her career and ensuring women in leadership roles are a natural evolution of a company’s culture and environment .

She started her career in Sales Management & Operations …and in her previous assignments she has been associated with InVentiv Health as Head HR for Asia Pacific, with United Health Group, as the Human Capital Partner for India/APAC and Eli Lilly India, in various progressive roles spanning Operations, Learning & Development and Human Resource.
