
Nidhi Dhanju
Nidhi currently heads HR for Michelin India. Her core areas of work are in various facets of Human Resources and includes institutionalization of Leadership Assessments and Development, Succession planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Strategic Recruitments, Executive Mentoring and Compensation and Benefits frameworks.
Nidhi’s professional journey started as a Human Resource professional about 20 years ago in the United States. She is an avid traveller with a passion for people and cultures.
Nidhi’s last assignment was with Praj Industries, a global leader in Biotechnology and Engineering space, where she was leading the entire gamut of People Practice function as the Group CHRO.
Prior to Praj, Nidhi was the Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness at Thermax where her role included Talent development and Succession Planning, Compensation and Benefits, HR systems, Senior and entry level talent acquisition. As part of the high potential program at Thermax, Nidhi rotated three roles playing leadership roles in Learning & Development, Business and Corporate HR.
Prior to Thermax, Nidhi was with Infosys where she was involved with building cultures of innovation, led the organization through change initiatives, extensively worked with the senior leadership to institutionalize long term interventions and developed an award-winning leadership platform at Infosys Pune.
She brings with her global perspective and experience, having worked with 3M and PDI in the US and studied in the United States for several years.
She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and economics from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi in the year 2000 and a PhD in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, USA in 2006.
She is married to a Data Scientist with two teenage children. Nidhi enjoys trekking and travelling to new places and loves spending time with family and friends.
