Nitin leads Aon’s Talent Solution business in India. He is currently in his 15th year with the firm.

He advises clients extensively on various aspects of people programs and HR strategies with the objective of aligning them to business plans and objectives of the organizations.

He has worked with clients in areas of HR Strategy, Transformation, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Executive Compensation, DEI and M&A. Nitin has worked with clients in multiple industry sectors across Asia Pacific & Middle East.

In addition to working with clients, Nitin is responsible for driving innovation, strategy, acceleration, and growth for the firm in India & South Asia region. Nitin is an active speaker at various HR & Business forums across the country and outside on topics that are of interest to HR and Business Leaders

Nitin's career spans over 22 years, of which he has worked with Aon for a period of over 15 years. Prior to re-joining Aon in 2020, Nitin held Leadership roles at Rivigo in India & Coca-Cola in Asia Pacific.
