During the past 17 years, Oshana has had the opportunity of being involved in several dimensions of Global Human Resource Management including Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training and Development, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, HR Systems, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, and Holistic Wellness. The year 2020 challenged Oshana to architect the HR system to suit the 100% remote work environment, which she built and rolled out to 400+ employees globally.

Oshana is currently a HR Generalist who leads a Global HR team across Fortude and Intellint. Oshana has been responsible for heading the HR function in both the Apparel and IT industries. Her greatest success to date has been setting up the global HR Function for a fast-growing global IT company to grow it from 60+ to 500+ people across 6 countries in the span of 8 years.

In 2021, Oshana embarked on her coaching career, as an independent coach, to enable people transformation. Backed with her experience in HR and certification in coaching, she aims to coach others to reach their goals.

Oshana’s passion is people, and she aims to bring out the best in them. She is also a firm believer that HR is no longer a business partner but a business leader.
