Paras is a seasoned HR Leader, backed by 19 years’ experience in organizations ranging from global to local, start-up to mature, manufacturing to retail and listed to not-for-profit organizations. Currently he is CHRO at Hindustan Times Media Group. Post Graduate from Symbiosis International University, Paras is passionate about telling stories and sharing his experiences in variety of conferences, webinars, B-School events and social media.

Before joining HT Media, Paras was Head, Group HR at Motherson Group and responsible for managing the HR function for the Group’s 1,35,000 employees across 41 countries. Prior to which, he worked for 17 years at Aditya Birla Group in various HR leadership roles across sectors, companies & countries which includes stints at Hindalco, Corporate HR, Minacs Philippines, BITS Pilani, Madura Garments, Pantaloons, Birla Carbon US and Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail.
