Has an accomplished career with huge Digital Transformation initiatives in the areas of Customer Relationship, Supply Chain automation, Shopfloor automation including Industry 4.0, HRM, Finance Transformation.

Prior to Uno Minda, was associated with CNH Industrial, Honda Motorcycle & Scooters India, Tata Group (TACO) & Pricol. He is a winner of 100+ IT & Digital awards including CIO 100 Hall of Fame, CXO TV Hall of Fame.

Mr. Ghosh is a distinguished speaker in various IT Forums. Represents various national forums – National Digital committee of ACMA; Governing Council of CII – Center for Digital Transformation; Core Committee Member for CII- Institute of Quality; Director – Special Interest Group – Manufacturing – INDUS (SAP User Group, India).

He holds Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology & an MBA in Finance. Holds certifications from IIM Bangalore, IIT Delhi, ISB Hyderabad & Harvard Business School.
