Prior to this have worked with Godrej & Boyce in the Learning & Development function and with CitiFinancial. My work experience of ~ 15 years has majorly been in the areas of Training/ Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, Content Design, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Competency Assessment & Development, Channel Management, Project Management and delivering on various client engagements in India & Sri Lanka. I have also been involved in organizing several HR programs, engaging with HR Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and Thought Leaders, leveraging the latest in technology.
