Prior to joining PeopleStrong, Prakash has worked with Mphasis, where he managed staffing for their BPO division. Prakash frequently speaks at various national and international forums on wider HR and HR Tech subjects including AI in HR, Recruitment, HR analytics and HR technology. He also writes on these topics and his articles are covered in leading HR and Business media.

Prakash holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is an avid cricketer and footballer and lives in Gurgaon with his wife and daughter.
