Before founding ZingHR in 2014, Prasad held senior management positions at Mahindra & Mahindra, Ernst & Young and Reliance in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Change Management LEAN and SAP projects. He was a part of the SAP Project Directorate at Reliance, which managed more than 30 SAP implementations across various industry verticals such as Petrochemicals, Energy and others.

At ZingHR, Prasad is driving HR innovation using Lean practices and a proprietary ‘Purpose vs. Means Framework’ to deliver tangible business outcomes, including EBITDA margins.
