Before founding ZingHR in 2014, Prasad held senior management positions at Mahindra & Mahindra, Ernst & Young and Reliance in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Change Management LEAN and SAP projects. He was a part of the SAP Project Directorate at Reliance, which managed more than 30 SAP implementations across various industry verticals such as Petrochemicals, Energy and others.
At ZingHR, Prasad is driving HR innovation using Lean practices and a proprietary ‘Purpose vs. Means Framework’ to deliver tangible business outcomes, including EBITDA margins. This patented methodology is referred to as ‘OutcomationTM.’ Enabling forward-looking human resources practices, ZingHR is pioneering HR transformation to meet People, Profit and Planet goals with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) led OKRs and KPIs.
