Pratik Mehta leads Mahindra Group’s corporate learning and development function i.e. Mahindra Leadership University, that focuses on developing capabilities across the top 2 to 3 levels of the Group. Prior to joining Mahindra, Pratik was a Partner with Deloitte India’s Human Capital consulting business and led the India market for digital learning solutions. Pratik has worked across a range of industries over the course of his career and specializes in driving capability development at scale.
